Please join us for our daily 5–6pm mindfulness practice session (shamatha-vipashyanā mahāmudrā). You are also welcome to stay on for evening chants (6–6:30pm) and a light dinner (usually soup).
7–8:30pm Weekly Yoga Class with Sean Drohan
Sean Drohan is a yoga teacher here in the Halifax regional municipality, Nova Scotia (and beyond), and the host of EastLink TV’s “the path of yoga”. He is a lineage holder in traditional Indian yoga (under “Yogiji” Yogendra Mishra). Sean teaches the full view of Traditional Yoga and Dharma.

Please join us on Friday, June 12, at 2pm, if you still need to annotate the Chakrasaṃvara sādhana for the entire feast practice, or if you want to proof check your annotations. We will also review the 10 and 16 offering mudrās.
