9am to 5pm Sadhana of Mahamudra Intensive
This will be our second Sādhana of Mahāmudrā Intensive. During this Intensive we will perform the sādhanas four times: beginning at 9:00am, 10:30am, 2:00pm and 3:30pm. We in general practice from 8–10am Vajrayoginī, but prior and post to the Cakrasaṃvara Feast Day and Intensive Day, we practice Chakrasaṃvara from 8–10am. 5–6pm Mindfulness
Please join us for our daily 5–6pm mindfulness practice session (śamatha-vipaśyanā mahāmudrā). You are also welcome to stay on for evening chants (6–6:30pm) and a light dinner (usually soup).
7–8:30pm Vajrayoginī class: Vajrayoginī class: Inseparability of guru and yidam
Vajrayogini class: Inseparability of guru and yidam Monday, March 4, from 7–8:30 pm Description: This class will focus on the notion of being a yidam while visualizing the guru and lineage on top of one's head. Suggested Contribution: $ 5. Parking: It will depend on the weather. If it is icy, walk carefully.
