9am to 12am Instructions on Prostrations
The 9am to 12am period will be used giving beginners' instructions for the Ngöndro practice. This will include also a session of the actual prostration practice..
2pm to 4pm Prostration practice
The 2pm to 4pm will include the second prostration session.
5–6pm Mindfulness
Please join us for our daily 5–6pm mindfulness practice session (shamatha-vipashyanā mahāmudrā). You are also welcome to stay on for evening chants (6–6:30pm) and a light dinner (usually soup).
