Description: This is the first of a series of classes on ngöndro practice which will be given by senior teachers. It will be an appreciation of what we recently received during Pönlop Rinpoche’s visit. It will discuss the literal and inner meaning of the four reminders as well as the topics mentioned in the title of the talk.
Who can attend: Everyone who has already received transmission for ngöndro practice.
