Hybrid: Monthly New Moon Sadhana of Mahamudra

In-person at KCCL and online via OCEAN

Wednesday, August 16, from 5–6:00pm

A series of monthly hybrid Sadhana of Mahamudra practice sessions, open to everyone, to be held both on Zoom through Ocean and in-person as a united Mahasangha event alternating between Halifax Shambhala Centre (HSC) and Karma Changchub Ling (KCCL) at 5 pm on New Moon days.

People attending in-person will have tea and conversation after the practice.
