September 18 @ 9:00 am - September 22 @ 6:00 pm
Hybrid: 2024 Vajrayogini Druppa:
“The Basics & the Essentials”
Guided by Lodrö Sangpo and Dorje Loppön Lodrö Dorje
In-person at KCCL and also online via OCEAN
From September 18 to 22, 2024
As you all must have heard by now, the August Vajrayogini Druppa had to be cancelled due to Covid. Everyone was pretty sad about this, but now the Ha Ri Ni Sa is moving on!
We picked a safe date for the rescheduled Druppa and of course hope that many of you who intended to participate in the August Druppa will be able to join us either “in person” or “online” from September 18 to 22. There should also be additional places for new and old Vajrayoginis who want to newly join.
If you are not able to join the September druppa and you already paid, please contact so that we can work out how to reimburse you: kccl.finances@gmail.com
Description: This druppa will consist of five full practice days and is a great opportunity to further familiarize or deepen yourself with the entire practice, including the abhisheka and feast sections, which will be recited every day. The last day will feature a grand feast. Each day will begin with a brief introductory presentation to the basics and the essentials of this practice by either Gelong Lodrö Sanpgo (4 presentations) or Dorje Loppön Lodrö Dorje (1 presentation).
Who can attend: Open to sadhakas who have received the Vajrayogini abhisheka, and have their own copy of the Sadhana of the Glorious Coemergent Mother, by the Sixth Karmapa, Thongwa Tönden. “New” and “old” Vajrayoginis are still able to join.
Location: “In person” in the Mahasangha shrine room at KCCL or “online” with OCEAN.
Daily schedule:
- Morning session: 9:00am–12:00pm
- Afternoon session: 2:00pm–5:30pm
- Evening session: 7:00pm–8:00pm.
The last day, Sunday 22, will include an extensive Vajrayogini feast (starting at 10am and lasting approximately until 6pm). This feast will be open “online” to all Vajrayogini practitioners, i.e., even those who are not attending this druppa.
IN PERSON PARTICIPATION
Suggested Contribution: $100 for the whole program or $25 per day for “in person” participation. Registration and how to join: If you like to come in person, please send an email to kccl.contact@gmail.com indicating whether you come for all or part of the druppa (and which days). And this applies also to people who had registered for the cancelled Druppa.
