Prerequisite: Open to all

Description: This course will

• present the life stories of Padmasambhava, Yeshe Tsogyal, Marpa, Milarepa, Gampopa, and Düsum Khyenpa;
• show recent videos and slideshows of the important “power places” they established in Tibet: Samye and its retreat center Chimphu, Drowolung (Marpa’s place), Sekhar Gothuk (Milarepa’s tower), Daklha Gampo (Gampopa’s place), and Tsurphu (Düsum Khyenpa’s place);
• outline their key teachings (Dzogchen, Mahamudra, Four Dharmas of Gampopa).

Location: “in person” at Karma Changchub Ling, 871 Young Avenue & “online” with OCEAN.
