Description: Join us for a simple, traditional, women-only Indian yoga and meditation practice where you will be guided through both
asanas (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to gently stretch the body and cleanse the energy channels to
aid in an increased flow of prana (energy or chi). We will conclude with a short mediation which is actually the main event in traditional
yoga.
Bring a yoga mat, small cushion if you have it and wear loose comfortable clothing.
Suggested contribution: drop-in $12; or 5 classes for $50
