7-8:30pm Kagyü Ngöndro Class: Prostrations, Part II

The topic of the third of the five Kagyü ngöndro classes will be “Prostrations, Part II” and will include a line by line discussion of the Refuge and bodhicitta section of the liturgy.

Prerequisites: Ngöndro students. But also new practitioners who have a stable shamatha background and who have a strong connection with the Karma Kagyü lineage can apply to attend.
