Furthermore, here is the link for a talk on Lodro Thaye’s Calling the Guru from Afar given by His Eminence, the 4th Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche, in which he focuses on explaining the title as encapsulating the essence of the entire Guru Yoga. It was his first public teaching as part of the Commemoration of the Jamgon Kongtrul Lineage Ceremony. The event took place during the 30th Kagyu Monlam Chenmo in Bodhgaya, India. At the end of his talk, at 1:08:28, he gives the reading transmission (lung) for the practice.
