5–6pm Mindfulness

Please join us for our daily 5–6pm mindfulness practice session (śamatha-vipaśyanā mahāmudrā).
You are also welcome to stay on for evening chants (6–6:30pm).
Depending on the weather, we will be sitting either outside in our Buddha garden or in our main shrine room.
After rearranging our shrine room, we are able to now accommodate “safely” (i.e., 6 feet distance) four to six people in addition to our residents.
